Account Support

• Forgot Password: Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset via email.
• Login Issues: Double-check your credentials or reset your password.
• Update Details: Change your mobile number or email in your dashboard profile.

Quiz & Certificate Help

• Quiz not showing? Go to “My Quizzes” in your dashboard after successful payment.
• Certificate missing? Ensure you submitted the quiz. Certificates appear in the “Certificates” tab.
• Certificate not downloading? Try a different browser or check your device’s popup settings.

Payment & Billing

• All payments are secure via Razorpay or Paytm.
• If your payment was deducted but you didn't receive access, contact us with your transaction ID.
• Refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance.

Technical Troubleshooting

• Clear cache or try a different browser if pages don’t load properly.
• Enable JavaScript for full site functionality.
• Use updated browsers like Chrome or Firefox for best experience.
